There are hundreds, maybe thousands of different types of clays and they vary dramatically for their analysis and their uses. The specific kind of clay used in LL's Magnetic Clay was chosen for its strong "pulling power". Some clays "draw into" the body while others can "draw out" from the body. This type of bentonite (and there are over 200 types) has a great negative charge to it in its natural state, thus providing a great attraction (like a magnet) to the positively charged metals and chemicals in the body.
